Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the “Agreement”).
We may from time to time change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time.
1.SALE AGREEMENT
- By submitting an order form to DCstore, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in your contract with DCstore. Should you not agree with certain provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, please do not submit your order form for the purchase of products on www.DCstore.in. By submitting an order form, you agree and accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale as well as further conditions contained on www.DCstore.in, also through links, including the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Return Policy.
- After submitting an order you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of the order (order confirmation). This confirmation has the only purpose of informing the customer of the receipt of the order. A sale agreement will be closed once the product/s will be dispatched and when you receive a second confirmation (dispatch confirmation) e-mail indicating the delivery reference number. All offers are deemed valid until products are available from stock.
- DCstore may not process purchases when there are not sufficient guarantees of solvency, when orders are incomplete or incorrect, or the products are no longer available. In the above cases, we shall inform you by e-mail that the contract has not been executed and you will be refunded the amount paid.
2 .PRODUCT FEATURES AND PRICE INDICATION
- The main characteristics of products are shown on www.DCstore.in on each product page. The products offered for sale on www.DCstore.in may not exactly correspond to the real garments in terms of image and colors due to the Internet browser or monitor used.
- Prices are subject to change. The prices shown on the website www.DCstore.in at the time of the purchase will apply. Prices are calculated 5% or 12% GST tax included.
3.DELIVERY/TRANSPORTATION COSTS
- Goods ordered will be shipped within 5-7 business days from date of order.
- We will only ship through re-known courier companies.
- The courier company is responsible for the loss or damage to the goods until the package has been delivered to your address. In the case of a visible damage to the package we suggest you to check the goods in the presence of the courier and to accept the delivery “with reserve”.
4.PRICES AND METHOD OF PAYMENT
- Payment of the product prices and relevant shipping costs must be made by credit card or PayU, CCAvenue.
- In case of payment by credit/debit card, all details (for example, card number or expiration date) will be sent by encrypted protocol to the Bank, without third parties having any access thereto whatsoever. Such details will not be used by DCstore except for performing the procedure relevant to your purchase or issuing refunds in the case of returns, in compliance with the exercise of your return right or for reporting cases of fraud to the police. The price for the purchase of products and the relevant shipping costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged to your current account when the purchased products are actually shipped.
- We also accept payment by UPI.
5.RIGHT TO CANCEL/MODIFY YOUR ORDER
1.If you want to cancel or modify your order you can do it within 24 hours from your purchase. Custom design orders cannot be canceled and no refund will be made on custom design orders. To cancel or modify your order you have to write to DCstore.in@gmail.com indicating the reference number of the order you want to cancel/modify. You will shortly receive a confirmation of the cancellation or changes to your order and all the information on your refund.
6.REJECTION OF ORDERS
1.DCstore reserves the right to reject online orders and custom design orders through the website. The decision is at the discretion of DCstore. If DCstore decides not to process your order you will be notified.
2.All delivered goods remain the property of DCstore until full payment has been made.
3.We may, at our own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
7.COPYRIGHT
1.The content, design and texts of our catalogs and our online shop are the intellectual property of DCstore.in and are protected by copyright. The use of any pictures, texts and logos without the written permission of DCstore is illegal and will have legal consequences.
8.GOVERNING LAW
1.These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Indian law and any issues or complaints will be dealt with only by court of law at Mumbai, India.
9.INACCURACY DISCLAIMER
1.From time to time there may be information on DCstore.in that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at any time within 7 days from the time of purchase, you may return it with your invoice to the DCstore by mail. Does not apply to Semi-Custom or Full Custom merchandise due to the specialized nature of the products. Please see our Return Policy.
10.INDEMNIFICATION
1.You agree to defend, indemnify and hold DCstore harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.
11.COLORS
1.We have made every effort to display the colors of our products appearing on our website as accurately as possible. Please note however, the colors you see will depend on your monitor. We do not guarantee any colors to be accurate when displayed on your monitor.

Garment Care
Like every kind of equipment, clothing is not made to last forever. Below are a few useful notes for maintaining and maximizing the life of your Heini garments.
Before the Ride
Never use any creams, liquids or products for warming up (winter) or sun protection/sunscreen (summer), under the garments that are made with elastic fibers. These products contain chemicals which lead to quick fiber deterioration for all fabrics made with spandex.
After the Ride
After each ride, hang your garments in a well-ventilated environment or wash them immediately. Do not hang the garments in direct sunlight. Never store damp, sweaty clothes in a non-ventilated environment (e.g. plastic bags, sport bag).
Sweat is toxic
Some individuals sweat more than others – body chemistry is different for everyone. If your body has a tendency to sweat a lot, wash or water-rinse the garments after each use to protect the fibers from bacterial attacks which might lead to fabric deterioration.
Wash
Washing the garments can put stress on the fabric and seams. Wash Heini garments separately from other clothes/accessories to prevent friction – especially items with velcro, webbing, or anything with a rough/abrasive character. Before washing, turn the garments inside out (seams on the outside).
Machine wash, ideally in a wash bag, on a delicate cycle in lukewarm water (max. 30° C/86° F ) and with a mild liquid detergent. Do not use woolite, bleach, softeners, or any kind of laundry additive. Dry the garments flat or hanging, but do not tumble dry.
Potential problem
Fabric pilling
Fabric pilling (balling up of fibers in an area) does not occur by itself. It always is the result of abrasion – rubbing against something else. To avoid fabric pilling we suggest the following:
- Do not use embroidered saddles.
- Make sure the velcro fastener of saddle pockets does not touch your shorts.
- Do not wash your shorts or jerseys together with gloves, bags, rain jackets,etc. because of the velcro straps.
Fabric deterioration
Sweat sitting on synthetic performance fabrics can cause the fabric to degrade. Stretch fabrics with elastic fibers are especially affected. See above for care instructions.
Chemicals that come in contact with your elastic based DC fabrics, will cause these elastane yarns to break down. Chemicals from sunscreens are a common reason for loss of elasticity and curling.
