DCstore dye-sublimation process is entirely environmentally friendly, and sustainable process possible in garment printing and production and produces zero waste.
- It is completely waterless creating zero water waste. (Compared to screen printing which often results in polluted water waste and ground contamination)
- We use 100% lead free soy-based inks
- Farm grown trees supply the paper used during the sublimation printing process
- The paper is even recycled after use.
WHY SUBLIMATION
- Sublimation is one of the very few methods you can print full colored images onto hard surfaces.
- It has a relatively low learning curve compared with screen printing.
- Almost unlimited colors to choose from. Thousands of colors can be produced with sublimation (even if you choose a 4-color printer). And it doesn’t cost extra to add additional colors to your design.
- No additional cost for printing Individual names and numbers for sports like cricket, football, etc.
- Complete customization! The advantage of digital sublimation printing is that no plates are required, so it is ideal for customizing designs with changing elements such as names, numbers, etc.
- Sublimation is quick and easy to produce, allowing for same day or same hour printing, as well as on demand printing that reduces risk and wastage.
RETURN POLICY
You may return products purchased from www.DCstore.in , without any penalty within (7) working days from receiving the purchased products. You may exchange the purchased product with a different one or with a different size.
Mail us the details through your registered email to: DCstore.in@gmail.com. If you purchased with a reseller, you will need to go the place of purchase for the return or exchange
After you submit your return/exchange request, you will receive an email confirming your request. The email will indicate a return number that must be attached to the goods you return. Any branded shipping company (Like DTDC,Bluedart,Professional,Anjani,Maruti and Tirupati Courier) has to be used to return the goods. If you decide to return products using a different shipping company then full responsibility of product reaching our warehouse is on you, DCstore will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the products.
Due to the deep discounts given, items purchased from the factory outlet section/discount purchases on the site cannot be returned or exchanged.
The products must be returned unused and complete in their original packaging.
Policy does not apply to semi-custom or full custom merchandise due to the specialized nature of the products. We propose that you try a sample before placing any custom design orders.
RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
In case of defective goods, the customer is requested to attach an image of the production defect and the relevant description to the return request to demonstrate the imperfection.
If the return request has been accepted, DCstore will let you know if you will receive new products or the refund.

REFUND POLICY
Your refund will be processed after approval. Once your refund has been approved, your money will be credited back to your account on www.DCstore.in, in the form of store credit, ready for you to make another amazing purchase with us!
In case if we are out of stock for the product you asked, we will refund the complete amount in the same account from which the first purchase was made.
